The StLouis250CakeLovers will be at the St. Louis World’s Fare Heritage Festival, which will take place at the World’s Fair Pavilion in Forest Park. It is free admission and it will take place from August 19-21, 2016. According to the festival’s Facebook event, “FREE Annual event in Forest Park bringing together people of the region to celebrate St. Louis! Enjoy favorite Restaurants & Food Trucks, Kids’ Island, Beer Garden, Live Music & Entertainment, Culinary Challenge, Artists Village, Backyard Games & MORE!”
We will have eight cakes on display, most of which have been part of our collection for some time. Three of the cakes are re-painted gems by Mark Swain. You have also seen some of the cakes around parts of south St. Louis. Here is a look at what you’ll see:
Also, the Missouri Blues Museum cake will be on public display for the first time since 2014!
In addition, we will have plenty of cake postcards to sell and we will have two tables and a tent set up. Information about STL neighborhoods and artists will also be provided by us.
